• Configure, optimise, and continuously improve automated fruit sorting and grading systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues on grading equipment.
• Analyse data trends and system outputs to improve accuracy.
• Train and support operators and line supervisors in correct system usage.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging packhouse technologies.

Skills

Experience with industrial automation, software configuration, or data analysis

Experience with optical sorting, machine learning, or packhouse technologies

Exposure to agricultural or food processing environments

Education

Tertiary technical qualification (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Mechatronics)
