Qualified candidates should possess a four-year degree in Supply Chain Management and significant experience in procurement within state-owned entities. Strong knowledge of procurement systems and finance principles is essential. This role may require travel and long hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Supply Chain Management required.
• MCIPS diploma preferred.
• 10 years experience in a state-owned entity Procurement environment.
• 7 years in head of procurement or 10 years in Manager SCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish Supply Chain Management principles.
• Develop and implement policies and standards in line with legislation.
