Job description

SUMA is building a next-generation real estate and property experience platform that sits at the intersection of space, brand, culture, and consciousness.
This is not a traditional real estate company and this is not a traditional Chief of Staff role.
We are looking for a Founder-Adjacent Operator: someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can translate vision into execution in real time.
This person will operate as the Founder's right hand — not as an assistant, but as an integrator, force multiplier, and execution engine.
What This Role Actually Is
Translating high-level vision into structured plans and daily execution
Owning cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch
Creating order inside chaos without waiting for perfect instruction
Protecting the Founder's time, focus, and energy
Acting as an information hub and execution conduit across teams
Driving momentum across fundraising, brand, operations, and partnerships

Slow, consensus-driven role
Who You Are
Exceptionally fast thinker with strong pattern recognition
Comfortable making judgment calls with imperfect information
Action-biased: you move first, refine second

Energized by founders, vision, and building from zero
Background can include:
Early-stage startup operator
Former founder
High-level executive assistant who already operates like a COS

Compensation
