We seek an accomplished Lead Enterprise Finance Specialist to oversee our finance operations in East London, Eastern Cape.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Commerce (Business Management / Economics / Finance / etc.) or Development or Entrepreneurship studies, and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise finance, SMME support, or economic development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Governance: Provide input for corporate plans, review organizational activities, ensure reports are accurate, implement controls, participate in management forums, develop relationships with stakeholders, and create strategic plans.
• Management Funding Solutions: Develop and design funding solutions for SMMEs, collect loans, establish loan security frameworks, and monitor loan performance.
• Budget Management: Oversee the capital and operational budget, evaluate unit performance, recommend corrective actions, authorize requisitions and payments, prepare budget.
