• Greet guests and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take and process food and beverage orders
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required

Qualifications

• FLUENT IN GERMAN (Speaking & Reading)
• Previous experience as a senior waiteror in a similar role in a 4/5 star restaurant
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of cash handling and credit card processing
• Willingness to travel and working on weekends
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and background check to work in a cruise ship
