Job summary

About the Role:

Your role as Case Worker is to provide the highest possible standard of support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma informed care framework.

You will deliver high-quality trauma-informed case management services to clients working collaboratively with local services and stakeholders. Responsibilities include holistic support referrals education group work team planning maintaining records and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

About You:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualifications in Community Services Social Work Counselling or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum)
  • Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence
  • Experience in social or community work counselling and group facilitation
  • Extensive experience working in a trauma informed client-centred way
  • Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Current drivers licence required
