The DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) is a strategic initiative aimed at optimising global logistics operations by standardising processes across sites, countries, and regions. Our ambition is to build the largest global fulfillment network truly based on one global standard, allowing our customers to use our smart, on-demand fulfillment service across all regions.

Join us as a Carrier Specialist for DFN where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our last-mile delivery strategy across LATAM. You will identify, develop and manage relationships with last-mile carriers, ensuring smooth integration into DFN operations. You'll scan the market, negotiate contracts, and create selection guidelines to help our sales teams deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support strategic growth by enabling seamless customer onboarding and enhancing our product offering. Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and connecting with the best carriers in local last-mile delivery markets, to continuously enhance our service offerings
• Negotiating carrier commercials, contracts, and rate cards
• Onboarding new carriers into DFN systems and processes
• Building strong relationships with carrier organizations for fast response and issue resolution
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of carrier services and capabilities
• Supporting smooth customer onboarding and alignment with DFN standards
• Tracking carrier performance and implementing continuous improvement cycles
• Collaborating with sales, product development, and IT teams to enable carrier integration
• Supporting projects to optimize carrier management and pre-onboarding strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of DHL Fulfillment Network's standard fulfillment products and last-mile transport needs for both B2C and B2B customers
• Demonstrable experience in Last Mile Operations or related logistics roles
• Expertise in carrier contracting, negotiation, and performance management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work in complex global matrix environments
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Affinity with eCommerce markets and business models
• Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
