Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in financial or management accounting.
• Demonstrated experience managing CAPEX and fixed assets.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or Engineering environment an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process CAPEX requests in accordance with approved budgets.
• Perform monthly capitalisation, depreciation, and amortisation calculations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly CAPEX and fixed asset reports for management.

Skills

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Sound understanding of CAPEX governance and internal controls

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Advanced Excel skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related Field

Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
