Our client, a leading global provider of claims management and loss adjusting services, is seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join their incident response team in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for customers at the start of their claims journey, you'll play a vital role in supporting people during stressful times. Your interactions will range from handling home emergencies requiring immediate solutions to managing substantial property damage that may develop into full insurance claims. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build or advance their career in property claims handling within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities
  • Home emergency calls requiring instant remedy and coordination
  • Property damage claims that may escalate to full insurance claims
  • Customer support throughout the initial claims process
  • Multi-stakeholder communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors

Your role is crucial in providing reassurance and practical support to customers when they need it most.

Working Hours & Flexibility
  • Full-time flexi shifts: 7-hour shifts, 5 days per week
  • Core hours: Between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Advance notice: Shift patterns provided at least 6 weeks in advance

Essential Skills & Experience
