Salary: R25,000 - R45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM SAST (EST US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers to assess fit, business needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain consistent communication with new and existing leads using LinkedIn, email, and phone to spark interest and build relationships.
  • Create and manage strategic target account lists within your assigned US territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities to support the company's continued growth.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level candidates: Bachelor's degree or higher with a strong desire to start a career in tech sales.
  • Experienced BDRs: 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (near-native level).
  • Clear, goal-oriented communication style.
  • High level of initiative with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Energetic, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
