Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you are a strategic engine of growth, responsible for:
- Executive Prospecting: Strategically engaging US outbound leads via high-volume cold calling to build rapport with C-suite executives.
- Consultative Qualification: Conducting comprehensive deep-dives to identify and leverage prime business financing opportunities within the US market.
- Advanced Objection Handling: Masterfully steering complex conversations and positioning Fundwell’s capital solutions as the premier choice for American business owners.
- Pipeline Excellence: Meticulously managing the sales funnel within our CRM to ensure precise forecasting and lead optimization.
Who We’re Looking For: The A-Team Profile
We are seeking proven professionals who meet the following elite standards:
- Proven Sales Acumen: At least one year of demonstrable success in high-volume outbound sales, strategic cold calling, or B2B business development.
- Impeccable Communication: A flawless, neutral, and clear English accent is non-negotiable. You must possess superior negotiation and active listening skills to engage native English-speaking US executives.
- High-Volume Mastery: You are comfortable and proven in executing 100–200 outbound dials per day without compromising quality or energy.
- Results-Driven Mindset: You thrive in a demanding, target-centric environment where you are motivated by exceeding pipeline goals and earning potential.
- Logistical Readiness: You currently reside in Cape Town and are fully committed to working on-site during US business hours.
