The Role

The Role: Business Consultant – Partner & Client FX
This role focuses on supporting introducing partners and their clients by identifying growth opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving foreign exchange sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding regional account activity, and managing clients from initial enquiry through to trade readiness and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver annual and monthly sales targets in line with the companys sales strategy
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within partner and affiliate channels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and clients
  • Develop an effective regional distribution network of contacts and FX market influencers
  • Maintain, influence, and grow senior-level relationships with FX partners and introducing affiliates
  • Generate, manage, and close a consistently high volume of FX sales opportunities
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate FX solutions and services
  • Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline for regional accounts
  • Support introducing partners and corporate clients from enquiry through to trade completion
  • Facilitate client onboarding, including registration and collection of KYC documentation
  • Manage clients through to full trade readiness in line with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare an annual sales plan with monthly and quarterly updates and revisions
  • Adhere to ethical principles, values, and regulatory standards at all times
About You
  • Proven target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Sales experience within the financial services industry is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of FX sales, systems, and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Confident and effective in cold calling, influencing, and persuading at all levels
  • Fast learner with a proactive, self-starter approach
  • Highly motivated, committed, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Organized with excellent diary management and time management skills
  • Team player comfortable working within a small, collaborative team
  • Open, friendly, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional, neat, and presentable in appearance and conduct
  • Displays gravitas, emotional maturity, and confidence when engaging partners and clients
  • Bilingual English and Afrikaans is advantageous
