Business Analyst III 12 Month Contract

• Requires an experienced person with a solid understanding of Business Analysis and Enterprise Business Processes
• Responsibilities include:
  • Assessing, analyzing, optimizing, documenting, implementing, and testing end-to-end enterprise business processes
  • Interacting with the business community at all levels
  • Facilitating design workshops
  • Conducting end-user training
  • Leading presentations to senior management and executives
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization
• Build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology assets
• Link and align the business mission, strategy, and processes to the information technology strategy
• Document using multiple models or views to meet current and future organizational needs
• Integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes efficiently and effectively
• Mastery of industry-recognized knowledge areas for Business Analysis
• Work at high levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity
• Perform business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs at varying levels of detail
• Candidates must have worked on agile projects
• Understanding of the SAFe framework
• Use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence
