Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries.
  • Update and maintain documentation for business processes and system changes.
  • Track and resolve issues related to RPA bots and Power Platform applications.
  • Communicate progress and blockers to project teams.
  • Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions and workshops with business units.
  • Review and prioritize backlog items for automation and process improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status reports for projects and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing on new features or automation scripts.
  • Plan and schedule upcoming projects or enhancements based on business needs.

Main Purpose of the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role also involves managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning solutions with business objectives.

Tertiary Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Computer Literacy Level
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Additional Computer Skills
  • Proven experience in Power Platform development and RPA implementation.
Job Related Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in business analysis.
