What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements.
• Documenting functional and technical requirements for large system implementations.

• Bridging the gap between tech teams and business leaders (yes, that means speaking both spreadsheet and strategy).

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Relevant bachelors degree, with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
• Strong preference for industry related certifications such as: CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, BIBA.
• Experience in consulting, financial services, banking, insurance, or tech? Even better!
• Relevant software and programming expertise are highly advantageous.
• The ability to translate data speak into something mere mortals can understand.
• A curious mind, a sharp eye, and a passion for problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
