We’re looking for a hands‑on Brand Manager to take full ownership of our Hooks & Needles subscription product and make it better every month. This isn’t a corporate strategy role – it’s practical, fast‑moving, and focused on real outcomes.
You’ll dig deep into what’s already working, decide what patterns to keep or change, and bring a clear strategy to the product. You’ll be the one who knows our audience best and uses that knowledge to drive retention, engagement, and joy.
At Hooks & Needles, we make knitting fun, approachable, and deeply satisfying. Our monthly subscription box brings joy to makers with beautifully curated patterns, quality yarns, and thoughtful surprises.
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who will take full ownership of the product experience and make it better month after month.
€1,200 – €2,200 after taxes.
Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.
This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full‑time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours – it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy (this doesn’t apply to part‑time roles).
