Our client is looking to employ a Branch Manager based in Worcester.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Target Management - Monitoring performance against targets and driving promotional success.
  • Stock Control - Ensuring accurate stock levels, pricing, and product availability.
  • Cost Management - Controlling manpower, delivery charges, and consumables to optimise expenses.
  • Operational Efficiency - Maintaining store standards, merchandising, and equipment functionality.
  • Security & Risk Management - Implementing surveillance, access control, and theft prevention measures.
  • Cash Handling & Reconciliation - Overseeing secure money handling and daily reconciliations.
  • System Proficiency (OMNIX) - Generating reports on sales, stock, shrinkage, and deliveries.
  • Team Leadership & Discipline - Motivating staff, managing leave, and enforcing fair workplace policies.
  • Communication - Liaising effectively with management and staff to resolve issues and improve operations.
  • Housekeeping & Hygiene - Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Performance management of _+ 50 staff members
Minimum Requirements
  • Available immediately (preferred)
  • Grade 12 / Matric is a must
  • 5 - 6 years Strategic Branch Manager / Retail experience
  • Management of Staff is a must
  • Strong Computer literacy on MS Suite Package is a must
  • Valid Drivers' license and own transport
