We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator / Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Accurately and timeously process supplier invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payment batches and ensure timely supplier payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Handle statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, UIF, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance Administrator, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Pastel & Sage
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent numeracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and integrity
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (advantageous)
