Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, including workstations and customer areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling inquiries.
  • Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other inventory items.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the café is ready for service.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
