Key Responsibilities
  • Make 80–120+ outbound calls daily to engage with prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Manage, track, and update all customer interactions within a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance targets.
  • 1-2+ years of SDR or telemarketing experience in B2C sales.
  • Comfort with high call volumes and structured outreach.
  • Strong CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
