• Efficiently plan and execute audit engagements
• Ensure the team delivers timely audit work to clients and partners
• Analyze financial data, records, reports and statements
• Maintain a deep understanding of clients industries and sectors
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and make a tangible impact
• Keep financial databases up-to-date including audit findings
• Have a service-oriented approach to dealing with clients
• Conduct internal training as necessary and align with continuous professional development
• Act as a mentor encouraging others to embody the firm’s values
