Qualifications

  • Must be a qualified teacher and SENDCo with substantial experience in early years or primary contexts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and confidence in SEND and safeguarding principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Federation’s strategic vision for Inclusion, SEND and medical needs.
  • Serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), promoting a strong safeguarding culture.
  • Support staff in delivering a rich, inclusive curriculum aligned with The Curiosity Approach.
