The successful candidate will support the Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent service delivery, and high standards across all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of restaurants, bars, functions, and room service.
  • Supervise and support F&B staff to ensure consistent service excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective stock control, manage orders, and monitor usage to minimize waste.
  • Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and assist in resolving service‑related issues.
  • Assist with staff rostering, training, and ongoing development.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, functions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role.
