Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Oversee and manage the full financial function including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks and working capital.
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors and banks.
• Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist with project‑based financial management including billing, profitability analysis and client reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
• Professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5/8 years experience in financial management preferably in consulting, professional services or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
