  • Business Management: Manage performance and service standards by translating the Business Unit’s strategy into achievable objectives and managing these through the Performance Development process.
  • Collaboration: Seek continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, supporting an empowering team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing constructive feedback.

Education
