Requirements
  • Matric, and tertiary qualification beneficial
  • Clear Criminal and ITC record
  • Valid SA Drivers License
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
  • Computer literate on MS Office, with intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
  • Professional demeanour with emphasis on client service delivery
  • Working knowledge of Sectorial Determination and Industrial Relations
  • Effective cost management through optimised chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance.
Duties
  • Ensure allocated sites are managed in line with agreed service parameters to achieve client satisfaction
  • Manage time and attendance
  • Responsible for the smooth startup of new sites
  • Effective planning and prioritising portfolio management
  • Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Able to handle various projects simultaneously
  • Cost management of Labour and Resources
  • Complete admin activities
