Role Overview

The Soil Conservation Service (SCS) seeks an Area Manager to lead a specialised environmental team delivering consulting and project delivery services to a diverse client base within a commercially focused government framework. The role is high‑volume, requires balancing competing needs and priorities while delivering effective results and maintaining a strong focus on work health and safety (WHS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational management, driving business development, enhancing technical capabilities and building client relationships.
  • Oversee a team delivering specialised consulting and technical services while managing soil and natural resource management construction projects.
