Job summary

A retail property company based in South Africa is seeking a Project Manager for their Shopping Centre redevelopment projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in retail property management. The Project Manager will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and report directly to the CEO. This is an on-site position with occasional site visits across the existing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' retail property industry or Shopping Centre project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (non-negotiable).
• Experience in redevelopment/refurbishment projects - retail tenants.

PROJECT MANAGER – RETAIL & SHOPPINGCENTRE REDEVELOPMENT

Location : Head Office (with site visits across the existing portfolio)

Reporting to : CEO

Industry : Retail Property / Shopping Centres

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong technical experience in AutoCAD and Revit, capable of managing Shopping Centre development projects.

You will work closely with the CEO and Leasing Team, coordinating redevelopment and reconfiguration projects across the portfolio.
