Studio 483 Architects - Architectural BIM Technician

Studio 483 Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience to serve as a project team member. Candidates should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.

Studio 483 is an architecture and interior design firm with nearly 40 years of experience, and a lineage dating back to 1871. Position Overview:

1. Collaborate with project leadership and team members across disciplines.
2. Engage with consultants.
3. Produce accurate technical and contract documentation.
4. Assist in developing inspired design solutions in a collaborative environment.

Skills:

• Strong foundation in architectural practice and BIM technology.
• Experience in project coordination, documentation, and aligning with project goals and schedules.
• Ability to support architectural design processes, developing concepts and translating ideas into solutions.
• Technical knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SketchUp and Enscape is a plus.
• Teamwork skills and ability to contribute to a cohesive work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interfacing with contractors and consultants as a representative of Studio 483.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience working in an architectural office is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
