A leading telecommunications company in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled professional for gathering client requirements and managing customer requests. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields, with 3+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with AMDOCS Business Support Systems and Integration Platforms, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
Gather client requirements and produce Functional Requirements Specifications (FRD) with client sign-off.
Understand client System Interfaces (Integration) produce the Interface Specification Document (ISD) with their sign-off.
Understand Client Data Models (Structure & Flow) and compile corresponding documents.
End-to-end Solution Architectural Design according to customer requirements.
Manage customer requests (Change, replace), provide advice and guidance.
A Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Sciences or Related.
3+ Years Experience in Telecommunications Industry.
2+ Years Experience with AMDOCS Business Support Systems (CRM & Billing) and their Data Models.
2+ Years Experience with Integration Platforms (TIBCO ESB Systems, e.g.; BusinessWorks)
Strong planner with excellent interpersonal, customer-handling, and communication skills, able to build effective relationships, work well in diverse environments, and contribute as a hardworking, team-oriented, customer-centric professional.
