We are looking for an AI Digital Marketing Specialist who is entrepreneurial, committed, and driven to build the TeamAI brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, and a passion for driving traffic and acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that leverage AI-powered analytics.
• Execute SEO strategies tailored to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Design and execute viral marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Utilize AI technologies to transform traditional marketing approaches, including chatbot development and machine learning applications.
• Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to drive online reach.
• Create compelling content and copy for various channels, including email marketing and social media.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable growth.
• Conduct keyword research and technical audits to identify areas for improvement in organic traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence and drive lead generation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and digital marketing to ensure innovative strategies.

Qualities

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.

Working Hours

Asia (Philippines / Indonesia)

This position requires overlapping hours from 3:30 PM - 12:00 Midnight PH time, Monday – Friday.

Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc.)

This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST, Monday – Friday.

The 40 hours of work doesn't include any lunch or breaks.

North America & South America

This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM local time, Monday – Friday.

The 40 hours of work doesn't include any lunch or breaks.

Schedule Exclusions

• This excludes South Africa, where our in-office team follows a different schedule.
• This excludes Guatemala, where our in-office team follows a different schedule.
