Qualifications

• A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and own car.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• FAIS compliance required.
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and expense budget for a sales team against set targets.
• Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.
• Accountability for local marketing.
• Identify and create coordinated sales opportunities.
• Responsible for external networking and relationship building.
• Ensure delivery of customer value.
• Manage, develop, appoint, and train sales agents.
• Accountable for 15-20 sales agents.
