Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Ensure that basic customer details in the system are accurate, and note follow-up actions and notes of actions taken during each sales call.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Interview customers following a multilevel sales script to clarify their requirements.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Make calls to potential customers to develop relationships and provide a first point of contact for resolving queries and complaints.
  7. Operational Compliance: Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work quality and adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  8. Business Development: Support routine business development tasks following established procedures.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Identify potential customers through information, referrals, and recommendations.
  10. Data Exploration: Select and input appropriate data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  11. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company.
