Duties & Responsibilities

They are looking for an Actuarial Analyst to support their Market Analytics and R&D team, driving insights, developing solutions, and contributing to product launches that make a real impact in the industry.

• Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Use big data analytics to provide insights to senior management.
• Develop innovative life products and support annual product launches.
• Build automated tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making.
• Provide technical product expertise to distribution channels.
• Prepare presentations and materials for brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to research, development, and strategic product positioning.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BSc / BBusSc in Actuarial Science (or equivalent), with 5+ CT exams completed.
• Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of actuarial modelling and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and related tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.

Advantageous

• Honours in Actuarial Science and 6+ months' experience in life insurance / financial services.
