Overview

We’re Hiring: Accounts Assistant

An established company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and eager to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting functions, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update financial records and filing systems
  • Support with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an accounting / finance role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A qualification or studies in finance / accounting will be an advantage
