What you’ll do

• You will report to the Supervisor: Accounting
• Support the preparation, processing and posting of accounts payable transactions and related sub‑ledger activities
• Assist with the accurate processing, filing and maintenance of invoices and financial documentation
• Support the preparation of vendor payments and assist with reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Gather, organise and manage financial and accounting information from internal systems and reports
• Prepare clear and accurate reports or summaries to support accounting and finance stakeholders
• Support accurate and compliant record‑keeping practices and assist with archiving financial documents where required

You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme which runs for 12 months.
(Cape Town based candidates preferred)

You should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with the MS Office Suite (Excel is essential); exposure to Power BI is an advantage
• Strong academic record
• CV and Cover Letter
• A valid South African Identity Document
