Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and sole proprietorships


• Processing and submission of VAT and payroll returns


• Perform general accounting functions


• Manage a portfolio of clients and respond with urgency and accountability to client requests

Requirements

• Completed SAIPA articles or SAICA articles


• Studying towards a CA qualification or is a qualified Chartered Accountant


• A completed Financial Accounting Degree


• Advanced computer literacy with good knowledge of Sage, Xero, Pastel, MS Word and MS Excel


• Knowledge of AuditMate software (Advantageous)


• Great communication and interpersonal skills


• Good time management
