As theAccount Manager,you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the customers in the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Drive new account sales by demonstrating the benefits of the company's product and services.
  • Maintain and build professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the line manager to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Participate in industry events
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • 2+ years in a similar industry
  • Fluent in English and multiple African languages
  • Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
  • Keep pro-active position in running a business
  • Ability to travel when required
