This is a “bench-role” which exists for the purpose of talent pipeline creation to address our future hiring needs as they become active.
As a Rental Account Manager, you will build relationships with your customers, understand their business needs, and establish a plan, aligned to the strategic elements of the organization, to grow and develop your territory. You will stay close to the various people and departments within your customer’s business – from workshop technicians to hire consultants, as well as have frequent discussions with business owners.
Our sales model is about professional consultative selling, and it’s a hands-on job. You will demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, promote Hilti Services, manage customer queries, optimize your calendar and administration efficiently, and collaborate with departments across Hilti to provide top-class after-sales service.
