Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management- cultivating strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Sales growth and development- identifying new sales opportunities, creating customer development plans, and achieving revenue targets for allocated accounts
  • Developing and implementing strategies for account growth, including cross-selling and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration- working closely with internal teams, such as sales, technical, and product development, to align solutions with client needs and business goals
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to enhance service offerings
