Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the entire sales funnel in the EMEA market.
  • Prospecting new clients by telephone, email and social media.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in partnership with BDRs.
  • Prepare and submit tailored proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate prices and contract terms to close deals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to manage processes effectively.
  • Continuously analyze results to help achieve KPIs.

In this role you will
  • Be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients in the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
  • Prospecting new clients by telephone, email and social media.
  • Working in partnership with our BDRs and doing the product demonstration.
  • Present our solution with a focus on the prospect's needs and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals according to the profile of each potential client.
  • Negotiate prices, contract and payment terms to close new deals.
  • Maintain the CRM up to date, fully controlling your process, and achieving individual goals.
  • Analyze and improve your own results continuously to help the team achieve the KPI results.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience as Business Development Representative, mainly in outbound prospecting.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality market.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
