Overview

  • Client base: Recruiting Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) for UK-based healthcare organizations
Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare professionals (AHPs) through various sourcing channels.
  • Client & Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing.
  • Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education & Experience
