- Client base: Recruiting Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) for UK-based healthcare organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and qualify healthcare professionals (AHPs) through various sourcing channels.
- Client & Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education & Experience
- Education: A relevant degree or diploma is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment.
- Skills:
- Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
