Binance is seeking a Software Engineer (AI) with deep experience in AI agent design and development. This role centers around building intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution, in collaboration with a highly innovative and globally distributed team.

• Design and implement advanced AI agent architectures capable of multi-step reasoning and planning.
• Develop tools and frameworks for agents to interact with APIs, databases, and other services.
• Build systems for human-AI interaction including clarifications, feedback loops, and command refinement.
• Optimize agent performance in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Integrate AI agents into Binance's production products and platforms.
• Stay on the cutting edge of AI agent research and apply relevant advancements in real-world deployments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML systems, especially with autonomous agents.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and Golang.
• Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Solid understanding of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems.
• Knowledge of the API integration, infrastructure tools, and workflow orchestration required for scalable AI agents.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Production-level experience building AI agents deployed in real-world environments.
• Background in cognitive architectures or symbolic reasoning systems.
• Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Contributions to open-source AI agent projects or published research.
• Honors in coding or algorithm competitions (e.g., ACM ICPC, NOI).
