Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Engineer responsible for maintaining Windows and Linux IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have a relevant degree and experience with cloud operations, security remediations, and automation tools. Familiarity with container technologies and development pipelines is essential. Qualifications
- Experience in setting up and maintaining Windows and Linux servers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Experience in organizing infrastructure as code.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement IT infrastructure for Windows and Linux.
- Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms.
- Execute data backup and recovery strategies.
- Follow up on security issues as suggested by the cybersecurity team.
- Automate cloud operations tasks and perform regular health checks.

Cloud Engineer
Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm
Working location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: $5500 - $8500
- Responsible for Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure maintenance and implementation;
- Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platform to meet service level objectives;
- Execution of data backup & recovery strategy, system disaster recovery and business continuity of the core systems;
- Follow-up security remediations on cloud platform suggested by cybersecurity team;
- Facilitate cloud operation automation;
- Perform cloud operation task such as health check, capacity monitoring, problem solving and escalation in line with company guidelines or standard operating procedures;
- Configure, document, optimize and support the components of the DevOps infrastructure
- Build automated deployments using configuration management technologies
- Relevant experiences
- At least bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
- Experience in setting up Windows Server, Linux Server (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL), Network configuration/RPM packaging;
- Experience in Blockchain & Web3 infrastructure.
- Experience organizing infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform or equivalent
- Experience working with modern development pipelines using Bamboo, ArgoCD or similar tools
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
