Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage healthcare supplies across hospitals. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, checking goods for accuracy, and managing stock movements. Candidates should have at least GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level and ideally some experience in warehouse or logistics roles. Competitive salary and allowances offered.

- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or hospital inventory roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Replenish healthcare supplies at hospital sites.
- Check goods received for accuracy.
- Perform pick-and-pack and stock movement.
- Load and unload goods.
- Update Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Skills
Education
Location: Hospital Site / Islandwide Coverage (typically 2 hospitals)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: $2,000 per month
- Transport Allowance: $130 per month
- Mobile Allowance: $45 per month
- Contract Completion Bonus: 1 month (for contract staff)
- For permanent staff: AWS (1.5 months) + Variable Bonus (~1 month)
- Replenish healthcare supplies at hospital sites.
- Check goods received for accuracy.
- Perform pick-and-pack and stock movement.
- Load and unload goods
- Update Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics or hospital inventory roles an advantage.
