This role supports Asia-Pacific operations by coordinating with Tokyo HQ, managing compliance for subsidiaries, overseeing budgets, and driving corporate planning initiatives to align regional strategy and governance.

The Corporate Planning Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

(A) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience
  • A Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general affairs, office administration and regional coordination roles.
  • Prior experience in construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate
  • Experience with ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 37001:2016 (Anti-bribery Management Systems).
(B) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to Management in Singapore and Tokyo HQ; capable of influencing stakeholders across cultures.
  • High attention to detail with cross-cultural awareness; ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial/construction contract law; willingness to travel overseas.
HQ Coordination
  • Manage regional corporate planning and GA, including policy implementation and compliance.
  • Act as liaison with Tokyo HQ for administrative and legal matters.
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Support cost optimization and resource planning.
Subsidiary & Branch Support
  • Oversee office closures, relocations, and setups.
  • Coordinate legal documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor subsidiary budgets and expenses; assist with forecasts and cost control.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to policies and governance standards.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and maintain accurate legal records.
Process Improvement
  • Streamline administrative workflows and develop SOPs.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives for efficiency and transparency.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT on regional projects.
  • Provide admin support for meetings and events.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and office logistics.
