Job summary

A leading biscuit manufacturing company in Singapore seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with various teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics and operations within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods warehouse: receiving packed biscuits, palletizing, labeling, and proper batch segregation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and prepare stock reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards in storage areas.
• Supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators, and ensure safe use of equipment.
• Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and sales team for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with safety officer on warehouse safety.
• Delivery team routes & manpower scheduling (Learn & Backup).
• Ensure container loading activities are carried out smoothly and accurately.
• Prepare and submit container report to export team.

Store Supervisor

This role requires the Store Supervisor to work actively on the warehouse floor—overseeing material movement, assisting during loading and unloading, verifying stock, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly through direct involvement with staff and processes.
