  • Location: This role is based in China

  • Position recruiting: Ops Manager, Head of Engineering Department & QA Director
Responsibilities
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews with Singapore HQ.
  • Translate 2D/3D design drawings into manufacturable processes, BOM, and engineering documentation.
  • Define full process workflows (material → machining → sheet metal → welding → surface treatment → assembly).
  • Oversee sample builds, validation, and process optimization.
  • Develop Manufacturing Instructions and Work Instructions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, root‑cause analysis, and MRB activities.
  • Standardize components across product lines to reduce cost and complexity.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing/production engineering; aerospace/automotive/precision equipment preferred.
  • Strong hands‑on background in CNC machining & metal stamping (mandatory).
  • Proficient in engineering drawing analysis & process design.
  • Familiar with Lean, RCA, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9100 / IATF16949 and SAP is preferred.
