Job summary

Job Overview
  • Location: Changi

  • Timing: 5.5 Days - Monday to Friday- 8.45am – 5.30pm, Sat - 8.45am - 12.30pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and provide timely support.

  • Liaise with officers from Singapore Customs, shipping, and freight forwarding companies.

  • Use Tradenet and airfreight booking systems for shipment processing.

  • Prepare import and export airfreight documentation.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound airfreight shipments with carriers, customers, and vendors.

  • Correspond with overseas suppliers regarding delivery status and shipment updates.

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve operational issues.

  • Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
  • GCE O/A Level, Certificate, or Diploma in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

  • Strong customer service skills with good communication abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office; Tradenet experience is preferred
