A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage airfreight logistics. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, coordinating shipments, and liaising with customs. Ideal candidates should hold a relevant diploma with 2 years experience, demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Tradenet. Location: Changi
Timing: 5.5 Days - Monday to Friday- 8.45am – 5.30pm, Sat - 8.45am - 12.30pm
Handle customers’ enquiries and provide timely support.
Liaise with officers from Singapore Customs, shipping, and freight forwarding companies.
Use Tradenet and airfreight booking systems for shipment processing.
Prepare import and export airfreight documentation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound airfreight shipments with carriers, customers, and vendors.
Correspond with overseas suppliers regarding delivery status and shipment updates.
Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve operational issues.
Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required.
GCE O/A Level, Certificate, or Diploma in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Strong customer service skills with good communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; Tradenet experience is preferred
