Salt Talent Search is looking for Trainers for a 4-month contract role Part time/ Project based/ Permanent to support training programs, helping elevate the digital skills and insights of learners in Malaysia (REMOTE SUPPORT).
As a trainer / coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact training and fostering practical skills that learners need to succeed.
- Deliver short content sessions (e.g., UX/UI, API integration, testing frameworks)
- Guide students through application development and provide feedback on their code
- Assess final deliverables using structured rubrics
- Technical Interview Coaching
- Conduct mock coding interviews and code reviews
- Facilitate sessions on technical assessments, algorithms, and system design
- Experience in software engineering, web or full stack development
- Strong proficiency in Python, React JS, and JavaScript (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to deliver engaging content and provide actionable technical feedback
- Familiar with technical interviewing processes
- Effective communicator and facilitator for both large and small group settings
